Plugged In is Shortlisted for a Self Management Digital Innovator Award

Plugged In, the Network’s IT refurbishment project, is one of four projects across Scotland to be shortlisted in the Self Management Digital Innovator category, for their work supporting people with long term health conditions to live the life they want.

The Self Management Awards, run by the Health and Social Care Alliance (the ALLIANCE), present the annual accolades in recognition and celebration of the achievements of people and projects that have contributed the most to self management in Scotland over the past year.
