We asked members what training they wanted the Network to provide. Members asked the Network to provide some training for their volunteers.
With that in mind, we employed the services of Glasgow Clyde College to deliver the Adult Achievement Awards. Adult Achievement Awards give learners the opportunity to gain a qualification for the learning they have undertaken whilst volunteering.
We marked the completion of the course with a celebration lunch and presentation of achievement certificates, by Councillor Michael Cullen, for all the participants. Congratulations to all those involved!
